The Latham
Complete renovation of a 76,000 SF, 14-story hotel into a mixed-use luxury apartment building with 144 guestroom converted into apartment units, 2,000 SF of amenity spaces and 6,000 SF of retail space. Status: Completed in August 2015.
The Terrace
Complete renovation of a 300,000 SF, 28-story hotel into a mixed-use luxury apartment building with 288 guestroom converted into apartment units, 150 underground parking spaces, 10,000 SF of amenity spaces and 20,000 SF of retail space including the Victory Brewing Company & Federal Donuts. Status: Completed in August 2021.

Complete renovation of a 120,000 SF, 8-story department store into a mixed-use luxury apartment building with 100 apartment units, 4,000 SF of amenity spaces and 8,000 SF of retail space. Status: Completed in August 2014.

Work included the complete adaptive reuse of an existing B Class office building into a mixed-use retail & apartment building with a 10,000 SF building addition on 8 levels tied into the existing structure on all levels.
